Job Description :

  • Increase sales with prospecting and lead generation, and cold calling, in the outbound sales process.
  • Work directly with customers via email, live chat, and or other services to close potential sales.
  • Acknowledge the customers' needs, and showcase a solution
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Social media marketing strategies and methods.
  • Train and lead sales representatives.
  • Sales Team formation and best practice implementation.
  • Oversee the sales team and ensure we are doing all we can to close sales
  • Deliver weekly reports on how we can improve, and the steps overall as a company, you feel we should take.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 5+ years experience on web hosting sales
  • 2+ years of experience as an Account Manager
  • Commercially minded
  • Goal oriented and driven
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Interest in Web hosting/IT and associated technologies.
  • A team player who is enthusiastic, bright and has a can-do attitude
  • Able to prioritize, multi-task and work on your own initiative
  • Looking for the opportunity to develop and step up to bigger and greater challenges
  • Excellent team player
  • Able to work in a high pressure 24/7/365 environment
